The hotel was conveniently located near the parking area, but the road noise from heavy traffic, especially trucks, made it hard to sleep at night. The breakfast options were satisfying each morning.
My stay at Lancaster Inn and Suites was very comfortable, although I had hoped for a room with a couch area. The location is great, close to restaurants and attractions, but there were a few issues with space. The service was quick and efficient, and I appreciated the central location for our activities. However, the dining experience was somewhat limited. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had a bad odor initially, but without hesitation, we were moved to a new room that was equipped with 2 queen size beds, fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. The service was exceptional, as the staff took care of an air conditioning problem right away and made us feel comfortable during our 3-day stay. The location was central to many things, but the lack of nearby dining options was a downside. The dining experience was ok, with some variety in breakfast choices. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
